Why apply before seeing homes? Our rentals move fast, often by word of mouth. Getting approved first puts you at the front of the line the moment the right home opens up, and saves you from falling in love with a house someone else already has.

Need Something Fixed?

Submit a maintenance request any time — nights and weekends included. Add a photo if you can; it helps us show up with the right parts the first time.

When is rent due?

Your lease spells out your exact due date and any grace period. Not sure? Call us at (405) 222-9292 and we'll look it up.

Can I get a pet?

Pet policies vary by property. Ask us about the home you're in or the one you're interested in before bringing a pet home — it protects your deposit.

Who do I call after hours for an emergency?

Call (405) 222-9292. For a gas smell, fire, or any life-threatening emergency, call 911 first.

How do I give notice when I'm moving out?

Your lease states the required notice — put it in writing and bring it by the office at 602 S 4th St so we have it on record.

How to Apply

Apply Online

Fill this out once and you're in line for every home we have. We need three references, plus a driver's license and most recent pay stub for every adult who will live in the home. There's no application fee, and every application is reviewed the same way, first come, first served.
